About us
Taizhou KAYAMA casting Co.,Ltd (also as Taizhou Jiashan Precision casting Co.,Ltd),is a Sino-Japanese joint venture with 200 staff including 27 engineers and technicians.
Products: Weight of single part ranges from 0.003kg to 200kg. With two different ways such as silicasol and soluble glass process to produce precision castings , the company has become one of the biggest manufacturers in the region and the annual output has reached 5000 tons in 2005. The company is expanding fast and promises a better future . Our casting products are mainly stainless steel of usage : auto parts, textile fittings, food machines, construction machinery ,valves, metal tubes, hardware, measures, metal handcrafts and etc.
Our customers: we occupy over 500 customers in china, and globally, with 3-year-exploration,We¡¯ve gained tens of customers from America ,Canada, and many European countries , some of which have established long cooperating relation with us.
Our location : the company is located to the seaside of east ¨CZhejiang province , with distance of 180km to Ningbo port , 100km to Wenzhou port and 450km to Shanghai port ;and the airports , such an Huangyan , Wenzhou , Ningbo , Hangzhou , are within 10-120 Minutes by car , it is quite convenient.
Quality management : we¡¯ve passed the attestation of ISO9001-2000 , occupying metal experimental machine of spectrograph , impact machine and full functional stretch machine , etc . and a full set of heat treatment & mechanical treatment service could be provided for the demands of customers .
